2 cartwheels
3 tree hugs
4 spinal twists
5 minute solo dance party
6 toe wiggles
7 minutes of singing
8 belly laughs
9 deep breaths
10 minutes of sunshine
11 jumping jacks
12 minute meditation
Combine 1 or more ingredients in any order. Repeat as needed until a state of calm and peace has been achieved.
